What is Hypnosis?

There are many myths around hypnosis, but the truth is that hypnosis is not mysterious at all.


Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of mind. It is a state of focused attention. In this state we become more open to suggestions.  
Each of us experiences hypnosis thousands of times in his/her life. It is so natural that we aren’t even aware of it!


A good example of hypnosis is when you are completely focused, watching a movie or reading a good book, and lose track of time or other external factors.

How can Hypnosis help me?

Can I be hypnotized?

Sure you can! You already have been in hypnosis many times. Technically, anyone with normal intelligence can be hypnotized as long as they are willing to follow instructions and have the desire to experience this beautiful state.

 

Will I sleep during the session?

Quite the opposite!You will actually be more awake, more aware of all that transpires and completely in control.

You will take an active role in the session, and will remember from the session all that you care to remember; just like a normal conversation.


How many sessions will I need?

Hypnosis is a short-term therapy. Each person has different needs.  Each session is 60-90 min. long
